Brixon 83PCS #83 Latch Body and Strike, Cast Steel

The Brixon 83PCS #83 Latch Body and Strike is available with high quality, restyled, stainless steel housings and handles. Stainless steel internal parts are standard. 

Oven door latches are often used as a explosion relief latch or as a spring relief latch on industrial oven doors. Brixon is a smart choice for door latches because they offer the widest pressure release range of any Factory Mutual (FM) approved explosion venting latch manufacturer, from as low as .01 PSI to pressure in excess of 3,000 pounds per door (using multiple latches). In addition to reliability and convenience, Brixon latches are designed to allow for installation from flush to well over 1 " offsets.

Internal Parts: Ballpin & strike pin mild steel. Roller, cam, nut & adjusting screw are case-hardened steel. Spring is chrome silicon. Bearing pin is 303 stainless steel.
