- Ensure spark ignitor is clean and set to the correct gap.
- Clean flame rod with steel wool. Spare spark ignitors and flame rods should be kept in stock and can be purchased here.
- Check the high-pressure switch setting and reset
- Possible regulator diaphragm burst. Call Horizon 262-361-0329!
- Check that the manual shutoff valve is not closed.
- Check low pressure switch setting and reset.
- Check the air flow switches, ignition transformer, and gas pressure switches.
- Check the burner ports are not clogged.
- Clean filter and ports as necessary.

- Clean burner as necessary.

- Adjust switches as necessary in accordance with gas piping.
