The MBC 65 series GasMultiBloc valve is a multifunctional safety control that incorporates two fast closing safety shutoff valves, pressure regulator, and filter all integrated into a compact housing. The MBC 65 also includes an adjustable low fire bypass of the pressure regulator function as well as a maximum flow adjustment and an adjustable slow-opening feature. 
The MBC 65 is not available with visual indication or proof-of-closure so for NFPA 86 applications the valve is limited to 150,000 Btu/hr or less. For other applications not requiring VI or POC the MBC 65 may be used at higher capacities.

The MBC 65 modular system is suitable for use with fuel gases of gas families 1, 2, and 3 as well as other neutral gaseous media.

The MBC 65 series valves are intended for the following applications.
• Pilot valves where the pilot gas flow is 150,000 btu/hr or less.
• Main fuel valves for industrial bakery ovens where the individual burner capacity is 150,000 btu/hr or less.
