Patented technique allows a metallized film capacitor to be tapped with a built-in common connection eliminating the necessity of separate capacitors. For single and dual value usage. The CPT terminal acts as a kill switch in the event of a failed run capacitor, preventing damage, and possible compressor failure. the Mars 12200 Turbo is filled wit a thick non-PCB dielectric fluid to reduce heat.
