MEP QD400X150ASY Quick Disconnect, 4" Header, 1-1/2" Riser

The MEP QD400X150ASY Quick Disconnect is a 4" header x 1-1/2" riser quick disconnect, used commonly on industrial parts washers. Ease of installation and replacement allows both OEM's and end users to minimize costs of installing and replacing risers and/or multiple nozzles on a riser.

Qwik Disconnects - The “E-Z” way to attach nozzles to large pipe - drill a 1-1/2” hole & clamp on. Q.D.’s save time during installations; do not require welded couplings. Pressure capability (up to 50 psi).

• Up-graded Spring Design: More “wrap around” contact w/ pipe. Holding distributed more evenly, two places instead of one. Better snap fit.
