Initial Contact-discovery of top-level requirements
Consultation Process-extended period of communication to achieve comprehensive understanding of customer’s process needs including space availability.
Lab Services (optional)- Horizon can assist in qualifying or refining customer’s process
Quote and 2D layout provided by Horizon
Continued Plan Refinements- might include design improvements, space considerations, anticipated production changes, or future expansion
Final Agreement- which includes terms, price, timeline, etc.
Contract-PO-Downpayment
Pre-contract handoff to Engineering Team
GA (General Arrangement) created and submitted to customer for signature of approval
Project manager and engineering team begin detailed drawings for equipment
Manufacturing begins and runs concurrent to engineering
Customer Runoff (at customer’s request)- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) or Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Horizon to provide benchmark tests.
Shipping
Installation & Startup-includes training of key customer staff
Owner’s Manual and Suggested Spare Parts List provided
