The ACI Relative Humidity Stainless Plate uses a capacitive sensing element with a hygroscopic filter for improved resistance to moisture, dust, and chemicals, ensuring long-term reliability. It provides a proportional analog voltage output and features DIP switches for selecting output signal and supply voltage. Built-in test options (0%, 50%, 100%) help verify proper operation and installation. Field calibration can be easily adjusted using DIP switches without replacing the sensor. The unit is designed for durability, with conformally coated PCBs and a protective sensor cover for harsh environments. It comes in a brushed stainless-steel plate for single-gang wall mounting, combining functionality with a clean appearance. Common applications; Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Operating Rooms, Vivarium's, Clean Rooms, Process Control, Wash Down Environment & Stability Chambers.
