Recently, we designed, built and completed a High Efficiency Cyclone™ Oven in Mexico. The equipment system is able to allow remote maintenance and runs at .38 meters per minute. The oven is engineered with rugged 3/16” thick steel exterior- the interior constructed with 18-gauge aluminized steel, while the walls, roof, and floor include mineral board insulation.

There is a Unibilt enclosed track conveyor system that provides transit through the oven and the cooler to transfer the parts. The conveyor was designed and supplied with floor supports. The Continuous Spray Cooler included in the build provides an integral stainless canopy support for the conveyor. It is supplied with all 304 stainless steel process piping.

The cooler tank is equipped with an electronic liquid level sensing interfaced to the PLC with operator warning messages. The portable chiller offers a nonferrous water circuit with stainless steel pump and evaporator to protect against corrosion.

This equipment includes a Custom Designed electrical control system, digital temp controller, Allen Bradley 6.5” PanelView Plus display and oven high limit controller.
