Brixon 94HSS #94 Latch Body, Handle and Strike, Stainless Steel

The Brixon 94HSS #94 Latch Body, Handle and Strike is available with high quality, handsomely restyled, stainless steel housings and handles. Stainless steel internal parts are standard. The Model 84 and 94 provides the same pressure release range as the original iron latch Model 4.

This industrial oven door latch is often used as a explosion relief latch or as a spring relief latch on industrial oven doors. Brixon is a great choice for door latches because they offer the widest pressure release range of any Factory Mutual (FM) approved explosion venting latch manufacturer, from as low as .01 PSI to pressure in excess of 3,000 pounds per door (using multiple latches). In addition to reliability and convenience, Brixon latches are designed to allow for installation from flush to well over 1 " offsets.

Roller, Strike Pin, Set Screw, Cross-Pin & Body Pin: 303 Stainless Steel. E-Clips: PH 15-7 Mo Stainless Steel. Handle Torsion Spring: 302 Stainless Steel Spring Wire.

Mounting: Use 3/8” (Grade 8) or 10mm (Grade 8.8) bolts for mounting. 2 bolts required for strikes & shims, and 4 bolts for the latch body. Flat washers & lock washers are recommended.
