Flat Wire Mesh Conveyor Belt 1"x1" Welded 1/2 Heavy Duty

Heavy Duty Flat Wire Mesh Belt 1"x1" Welded 1/2 are available in two different mesh sizes and two different materials. Welded heavy duty salvage belts can be ordered at a minimum of 10'.

All of the flat wire mesh heavy duty belts are fabricated using a round edge flat strip. Welded selvage belts also permit the use of sprockets in the first opening on either side of the belt. Welded belts wider than 24" are supplied with internal welds.

All heavy duty belts have the following dimensions:

Flat Strip = 1/2" wide x .062" thick round edge

Connector Rod = 6 gauge (.192" diameter) - high tensile strength
