Flat Wire Mesh Conveyor Belt 1/2"x1/2" Welded 3/8

The Flat Wire Mesh Belt 1/2"x1/2" Welded 3/8 will provide more flexibility than a clinched flat wire mesh belt. Welded will allow a sprocket to be placed in the first opening on either side of the belt. Welded selvage belts wider than 24" feature internal welds to prevent belt narrowing under heavy loads.

The Flat Wire Mesh Belt 1"x1" Welded 3/8 has the following dimensions.

Flat strip= 3/8" wide X .046" thick round edge.

Connector Rod = 11 gauge (.120" diameter)

Materials/Construction

• Our conveyor belts can be supplied in four materials: low carbon galvanized steel, C-1050 bright high carbon steel and types 304 and 316L stainless steel. C-1050 bright high carbon steel and types 316 alloys are available when specially ordered.
• Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is ideal for food and high temperature applications. These materials are USDA Approved for Food Use
