The New York Blower 128 PLR Plug fan comes complete with 12" wheel, 4" insulated plug, Mounted 2 HP TEFC 240/460V-3 Ph-60 Hz motor, and has a gray high temp paint finish. The fan is also equipped with a ceramic felt shaft seal, constant V-belt drive, belt guard, shaft & bearing guard, grease zirks. (Inlet cone sold separately)

General

The New York Blower 128 PLR plug fan is commonly used in industrial ovens for recirculation airflow in custom designed and fabricated ductwork. The assembly includes a backward inclined non-overloading wheel design in a packaged design to allow ease of installation & removal.

Plug Fans, used in applications where the system plenum acts as the fan housing, combine versatility with compact design to reduce overall system costs. This is achieved while maintaining operating efficiencies nearly equal to conventional housed fan equipment. The Plug Fan eliminates the need for connecting ductwork; its mounting panel permits assembled-unit installation to any well-supported plenum wall. These fans, which are literally plugged into a system, are a natural for supply, exhaust, or recirculating-air applications.
