Flat Wire Mesh Conveyor Belt 1/2" X 1" Clinched 3/8

The Flat Wire Mesh Conveyor Belt Our Flat Wire Mesh Belt 1/2" X 1" Clinched 3/8 is manufactured of .046" thick, low carbon galvanized steel. For use with our 1/2"x1" flat wire mesh belt sprocket and is commonly used on conveyors for material handling and on industrial ovens and washers. Replace your worn flat wire belt, which may be causing tooth jumping or belt tracking issues in your process equipment.

Clinched selvage belts have a strong edge that reduces the chance of the belt snagging or catching on conveyor protrusions.

This type of selvage also provides for better edge wear on misaligned conveyor systems and, under heavy loads, clinched selvage helps to mechanically prevent a belt from narrowing.

Standard duty clinched selvage flat wire belts are suitable for most general conveying applications. These belts are available in eight different standard widths ranging from 12" to 72". All of Keystone's belts are made with a round edge strip for safe handling and smooth conveying.

Materials/Construction

• Our conveyor belts can be supplied in four materials: low carbon galvanized steel, C-1050 bright high carbon steel and types 304 and 316L stainless steel. C-1050 bright high carbon steel and types 316 alloys are available when specially ordered.
• Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is ideal for food and high temperature applications. These materials are USDA Approved for Food Use
